I use a client-centered approach and specialize in working with adults to address their unique needs and goals. I earned my Master’s in Counseling from the University of Dayton and hold a Bachelor’s degree from The Ohio State University. My approach I use cognitive behavioral therapy, EMDR, and clinical hypnosis as needed to help clients achieve their wellness goals. I have extensive experience using these approaches via telehealth, where they work just as well! My focus I am qualified to see adults for any mental health issue and enjoy working with people experiencing anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, life transitions, grief, trauma, and breaking unhealthy habits.
