Ann is really warm and nonjudgemental, I feel that she listens to me and validates without letting me spin my wheels. I especially appreciate the way she creates a safe environment and gently helps direct me to solutions I wouldn't have been able to access by myself - but backed with real-life proof of concept, studies, and tangible techniques I can take back and study/practice on my own.
