What should a new client know about working with you?

DISCLAIMER: We are not able to accept Medicare or Medicaid plans at this time. My path to becoming a therapist grew from my own deep interest in human healing, self-discovery, and the ways people transform through meaningful support and connection. A background in Mindfulness, meditation, and contemplative practices deepened my appreciation for the complexity of the human experience and the importance of approaching each person with compassion and curiosity. I bring this same warmth, authenticity, and a holistic perspective to each session now while honoring each patient's unique story and journey

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I believe therapy is a space where you should feel seen, supported, and empowered to create meaningful change at your own pace. Our work together is compassionate, collaborative, and grounded in curiosity to achieve just that, integrating evidence-based approaches like EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Mindfulness, cognitive-based interventions, and person-centered therapy to help you better understand yourself, heal from past experiences, and build a stronger relationship with your thoughts, emotions, and inner world. Therapy is tailored to your unique needs, values, and goals, using this same collaborative and compassionate style throughout our work together. You are the expert on your own life, and my role is to help you reconnect with your own strengths and wisdom.
