My counseling approach is eclectic depending on issues or concerns identified as needing treatment; typically, my treatment modalities include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, and more. My counseling services address concerns including, but not limited to: depression, anxiety, grief, substance use disorders, and anger management.
