Anna-Maria works with adults of all ages with a wide range of mental health issues such as depression, anxiety, phobias, and relationship problems. She completed additional training in trauma, complex PTSD, and issues that affect military families and veterans. Anna-Maria was licensed as a psychologist in Australia before completing a Master of Science (Counseling) at Palm Beach University Orlando. Anna-Maria draws on psychodynamic and attachment theory, as well as incorporating some techniques from Gestalt and other therapies. Many of us have experienced traumatic life events and may be dealing with PTSD. Anna-Maria can help you resolve or work through the effects of this, and develop coping skills that will help you moving forward.
