Getting to know Anna Ostrovsky

I spend a significant amount of my practice working with patients experiencing relationship struggles, which can unfortunately have both physical and emotional impacts. It is almost impossible not to acknowledge that the fulfillment and satisfaction we feel in life is typically directly linked to the joy and positive reinforcement we gain from our personal relationships. With this in mind, it is important to process whether these interactions are worth fighting for and there is a desire to move to a healthier, happier stage of the relationship—or if it is time to move forward to a different chapter in life. I am here to offer a safe and judgment-free place for both individuals and couples to better understand each other and themselves. Love is a balance between action and emotion. I hold a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Argosy University, which informs my compassionate and effective approach to helping clients navigate their relational challenges.

I tailor my sessions to each individual client and where they are emotionally at the present time.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

It is extremely important to have a clinical relationship based on trust and good rapport. I am here to support the client throughout their journey.
