Anne Glenn, LCSW

Psychotherapist
CA
Hi, I'm Anne Glenn, LCSW. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Master’s in Social Work from California State University, Northridge. My approach to treatment is to work hand in hand with my clients, helping them find the answers, healing, and growth they may be seeking. My approach is client-centered. I meet my clients where they are, providing compassion, empathy, and kindness. I always create a safe, positive, and non-judgmental environment for everyone I work with. I specialize in working with kids and families who have experienced trauma, depression, anxiety, disruptive behaviors, and changes in family dynamics due to abuse and divorce. I do not work with high-risk clients. My main goal is to ensure my clients feel safe and comfortable throughout therapy. I am upbeat and playful when appropriate because I believe therapy can be a positive and even fun experience while addressing the challenges impacting your life. I grew up in a home with two parents who were LCSWs, which inspired me to help others from an early age. I have always loved working with kids and families, knowing that healing can help children build a strong foundation for a fulfilling life. When it comes to goal setting, I meet clients where they are and give them space to create goals that feel important and attainable. This helps them achieve what they want and live the life they envision. During our first session, I like to get to know my clients and give them space to share who they are. We discuss what treatment will look like and address any questions, taking the first steps to build rapport and trust.
