I hold a bachelor's in Art History, African Studies, and Psychology from the College of Charleston and a Master's of Education in School Counseling from the University of Virginia. My approach integrates Humanistic principles, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness practices, and Solution-Focused techniques to help you discover your goals with unconditional positive regard. I have extensive experience working with depression, trauma, anxiety, self-esteem challenges, Oppositional Defiant Disorder, and other concerns across all age groups.
