My name is Dr. Anne Sparks. I am a licensed mental health counselor with 27 years of experience working with children, teens, and adults to help them live their happiest and best lives. I hold an EdD in Counseling Psychology from Sarasota University and earned my bachelor's degree from Florida State University. My approach I am a trained play therapist who primarily uses a cognitive behavioral therapy approach. My focus I work mainly with children ages 2-17 who experience anxiety, depression, ADD/ADHD, and spectrum disorders. Additionally, I provide individual, family, and marriage counseling for adults dealing with anxiety, depression, and relationship struggles.
