I received my Master’s Degree in Social Administration after earning my Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work. I hold an independent license to practice and have also received a supervisory designation. Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of working with everyone from teens to senior citizens, both individuals and groups. However, the majority of my experience lies in grief and loss and bereavement. I specialize in helping clients navigate through traumatic loss, such as suicide or overdose, and caregiver stress. My clinical approaches include Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Client-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, and Solution-Focused Therapy. I love working with people, but I also enjoy spending time with my husband and our dog, Scout. In my free time, I love traveling, playing pickleball, and attending major league baseball games. Reaching out for support can be a difficult step, but I know one thing to be true: it does get better.
