I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and Licensed Clinical Addictions Specialist (LCAS) working in Charlotte, North Carolina. I hold a Master’s in Social Work from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. I provide individual therapy for adult women (18+) both in person in Charlotte and virtually throughout the state of North Carolina. I am passionate about women’s mental health and creating opportunities for women to identify their strengths and grow in self-compassion. I truly enjoy the work I do and the process of forming relationships with clients—it is both a privilege and a joy!
