Life is full of transitions and change, and we all experience moments that challenge our ability to cope. I have learned how powerful the right support can be, particularly in the most stressful of moments. Therapy with me is judgment-free so you can find meaning in life, build self-compassion, and develop insight that fosters growth. Whether you’re a creative thinker or more analytical, we can find unique and interesting ways to uncover patterns that influence your current relationships and behaviors. What matters most is having a therapeutic space that is powerful and transformative, and we're here to tailor your therapy experience to what works best for you. My clients often come to therapy because they are struggling with depression or anxiety. Sometimes they are dealing with the stress of parenting and life transitions. Other times, they are grieving a loss or dealing with a medical or legal crisis. Whatever brings you to therapy, let’s create a safe space where we can explore these issues together. As a member of this boutique-style practice, I provide all clients with the time, space, and calming energy needed to build trust. I primarily work from a relational approach and believe the therapeutic relationship is key. I also integrate psychodynamic and narrative based approaches into my therapeutic work, as well as CBT, ACT and mindfulness-based skills work. I customize my approach to best fit your needs. Together we will work to find what’s best for you! Outside of IPS, I enjoy spending time with my kids and 2 cats. I love music and dance, and whole heartedly believe in their ability to lift our spirits and feed the soul! There’s always some genre of music playing in my home. During the warmer months, I try to get out and experience nature as much as I can. When the weather doesn’t cooperate, you will absolutely find me enjoying every police procedural TV show I can find!
