UpLift Behavioral Health providers do not issue prescriptions for substances controlled by any federal or state agency or other drugs that may be harmful because of their potential for abuse. UpLift Behavioral Health reserves the right to limit the types of medications that may be prescribed by its doctors and nurse practitioners. All prescriptions furnished by UpLift Behavioral Health care providers are issued in accordance with applicable federal and state law as well as UpLift Behavioral Health policy. With over 20 years of combined experience in mental health, including 1.6 years as a licensed professional, I prioritize creating a safe, stigma-free environment for empowerment, personal growth, and overcoming barriers. I hold a Master’s in Counseling from West Virginia University, which has equipped me with a strong foundation to support my clients effectively. My counseling approach focuses on building trust and rapport through collaboration, incorporating strength-based, cognitive-behavioral, and solution-focused interventions. These strategies nurture healthy adaptive insight, stabilization, and personal growth. Whether you’re new to therapy or already on a personal growth journey, I would be honored to join you in the process of achieving a greater sense of self, balance, and happiness.
