Hi there, I'm Anthony! Hello, my name is Anthony. I am grateful for the opportunity to introduce myself; I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Master's in Social Work from California State University, Fresno. I have experience working with adults and adolescents. I believe in the dignity and self-worth of every individual; moreover, I see therapy as an opportunity to join with each client and support them in living their healthiest and best life possible! My approach I value building a solid rapport and therapeutic relationship with every client. I commonly use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy to understand the client's challenges in life and join with each client to build specific goals and track their progress toward their healthiest and best self. My focus I have been practicing as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker since April 2017. I am skilled in working with adults and adolescents experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, and trauma.
