I currently provide virtual telehealth services to clients in the state of Texas. Over my 12-year career in the social services field, I have gained extensive experience working with teens and adults. My approach Using a cognitive-behavioral and person-centered approach, I help you process parts of your past, present, and future life. Reliving old wounds can sometimes be difficult, but I am here to walk with you through it. My focus I specialize in depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, and pregnancy loss/infertility (women's issues). My background includes working with teens struggling with anxiety and self-harm, as well as adults and couples navigating life stressors, transitions, and relationship concerns.
