Hi there, I'm Antonio! Hello, I’m Tony Harris, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in Los Angeles, CA, working with clients statewide via telehealth services. I earned my Master’s in Social Work from Rutgers University. As a United States Navy Veteran, I have a passion for helping people navigate the various challenges life presents. I specialize in complex trauma, stress management, depression, and anxiety. My approach I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing in my work. My focus I work with clients ages 18 to 99 who are experiencing situational stressors, combat trauma, men’s issues, life adjustments, and unresolved internal or external conflict. My communication style I make sure every session feels like a conversation, not an interrogation. In my opinion, a humanistic approach is the best way to support someone going through a tough time. I want every client to leave our sessions feeling better than when they started. My journey to mental healthcare I’m passionate about this work because I want to help people become the best versions of themselves.
