What should a new client know about working with you?

The approaches I lean toward include Gestalt, Mindfulness, DBT, CBT, and Humanistic methods. How we think directly affects how we feel and behave, and together we’ll work on identifying patterns that no longer serve you so you can view life through a new lens. I believe counseling should be an empowering experience. Many of us struggle with self-esteem, self-worth, or even faith in ourselves. Through counseling, we can restore hope, build confidence, and transform the quality of our lives and our thinking. I strive to create a safe, compassionate space where you feel heard, respected, and never judged.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Asking for help is a courageous step, and it will be my privilege to support you. In our first session, we’ll take time to get to know each other, talk about what brought you to counseling, and begin setting goals together. My priority is to help you feel comfortable, validated, and supported as we start this journey toward healing and growth.
