With extensive experience providing therapy to individuals facing anxiety, depression, and self-esteem issues, I am committed to responding with compassion, empathy, and evidence-based care. In addition to my work as a therapist, my background in healthcare, hospice, and counseling settings has given me a well-rounded perspective on mental and emotional well-being, allowing me to support clients through a wide range of life experiences.
I hold both a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Social Work from Jackson State University.
My approach to therapy is nonjudgmental, compassionate, and practical, creating a space where you can feel heard, supported, and empowered. I encourage clients to come to our scheduled sessions ready, willing, and motivated to address the areas that matter most to them. Together, we'll work to identify and overcome obstacles, build on your strengths, and develop effective coping strategies.

More information on payments and coverage
Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
