Getting to know Ari Spalding

I offer a holistic approach to therapy, focusing on the mind/body/spirit connection. I believe that each of us already possesses the innate wisdom and strength that engenders the healing and growth needed to lead a healthier and more fulfilling life. It has been my honor to accompany clients on their journey of this self-discovery for 20+ years. I specialize in working with folks who have experienced anxiety, depression, trauma, loss, and chronic illness. I hold a Master's in Social Work from Boston College, which has deeply informed my compassionate and integrative approach to care.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I strive to create a safe, compassionate, and nonjudgmental environment during each session. My style is collaborative and interactive and I approach each session with warmth, creativity, and curiosity.

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
