Life can oftentimes present experiences we did not envision in our plans. These experiences can become difficult to navigate when they start to diminish our quality of life. I believe that no matter the life event, we all can cope or learn to cope effectively through it. I utilize a variety of evidence-based therapeutic techniques to develop a treatment plan tailored specifically to your needs. We are all different beings, which means there should not be a “cookie cutter” approach. I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) with 10 years of practical experience. I earned my Master's in Counseling from the University of North Carolina, Greensboro. Throughout my career, I have become effective at treating various diagnoses such as depression, anxiety, stress management, women's issues, relationship issues, healthy boundary setting, and low self-esteem. If you have come to a place in your life where you are ready to reclaim your power, let's work together! You no longer have to allow past experiences to be the narrator for your present and future self. I look forward to working side by side with you to improve your quality of life!

What should a new client know about working with you?

During our work together, we will set treatment goals that we will work towards achieving. As we go along, those goals can change as you make progress, new developments take place, or what's important to you transforms. Whatever the case may be, we are going to work towards getting you to where it is you want to be, all the while celebrating your wins along the way and collaborating to figure out what caused setbacks should they take place.

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
