Hi, my name is Ariane, and I am a California-based Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I earned my Master's in Social Work from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign, and my Bachelor's degree from the University of California, Santa Cruz. I have worked in a variety of settings with diverse clients, including adult mental health facilities, youth group homes, case management for adults with developmental disabilities, case management for adults discharged from the hospital, school-based counseling, and tele-therapy. My approach I believe in a client-centered modality and meeting my clients where they are. When life gets hard, I believe it is important to have someone to help you process what you're going through from a place of curiosity rather than judgment. My goal is to help my clients improve their quality of life while providing a safe space where they feel heard. My focus Adults with anxiety, depression, adjustment disorders, stress, substance abuse, relationship difficulties, and more. My communication style I will meet you with empathy and unconditional positive regard. I hope clients feel supported, engaged, and that we can work collaboratively to reach their treatment goals.
