I’m Lindsey, a licensed clinical social worker, and I provide a supportive, down-to-earth space where you don’t have to have everything figured out to begin therapy. I bring both professional experience and real-life understanding to my work, particularly with adults who are navigating stress, caregiving roles, and seasons of emotional exhaustion. My role isn’t to “fix” you, but to walk alongside you, help you make sense of what you’re carrying, and support you as you move toward meaningful change at a pace that feels right for you.

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge.
