Getting to know Ariel Williams
I am a licensed clinical social worker committed to building successful therapeutic relationships with clients. I empower and collaborate with clients to address their concerns, reach their personal goals, and achieve their optimal potential. I've always wanted to help people and have been a very social person; therapy allows me to do both while serving clients who may not have sought therapy before. As a Black woman, I understand that people who look like me are often less likely to seek therapy, which is one of the reasons I chose to become a therapist. I enjoy interacting with clients from diverse backgrounds, as this broadens my therapeutic practice. I earned my bachelor's degree from Florida State University and my Master’s in Social Work from Florida International University.
What should a new client know about working with you?
I like for clients to be their most authentic selves in session; IT'S YOUR SPACE to say whatever you need to say. I sometimes give homework for clients to think about or work on between sessions.

More information on payments and coverage
Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
