Whether working with children, teens, young adults, or families, I meet clients where they are and adjust my approach to suit their individual needs. Through a strengths-based, trauma-informed, person-centered approach, I help clients develop healthy coping strategies, build resilience, and create lasting, positive change.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

When you are ready to get started, schedule an initial assessment visit (intake) through ZocDoc. After you book an appointment, a care coordinator will reach out to review your method of payment and/or insurance number and answer any initial questions you may have before our initial assessment visit.
