I affirm LGBTQIA+, Black, Indigenous, People of Color, and Multicultural. I help women who maybe going through menopause, PCOS, loss of a loved one, career change, or lost of interest in things. There's not a treatment that fits all so I tailor my approach to meet your needs. We will come up with an action plan together. My approach is empathetic and culturally sensitive to uphold my client's values and beliefs. I'm validating, client-centered, and direct to meet your needs and goals. There are no quick fixes but developing life skills can improve your overall well-being. I offer a safe platform where my clients are finally heard and validated. I believe that everyone has truth within themselves to unlock questions and dispose of disbeliefs.
