Hi. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in Virginia. I earned my Bachelor's degree, Master's in Social Work, and Post Master's Certificate from Virginia Commonwealth University. I have been licensed in Virginia since 1995 and bring 38 years of experience working in the mental health and rehabilitation fields. I have worked with a broad range of clients and enjoy helping them navigate difficult situations and life transitions. I support my clients in recognizing the strengths they already possess and how to use these strengths to address their challenges. These challenges might include losing a loved one, changing jobs, divorce, aging, chronic illness, disability, or other major life changes. I help clients identify barriers to successfully navigating their difficulties and develop the skills needed to reach the place they want to be.

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
