Getting to know Arnold Acquah
My goals as a therapist are to help my clients recognize their capacity for self-sufficiency and self-advocacy, ultimately recognizing the power that they wield. This work is done through the development of a relationship based on acceptance, respect, and collaboration.
I hold a Master’s in Social Work from California State University, Fullerton, and a Bachelor’s degree from California State University, Long Beach. My job is to help you navigate through the complexities of life so that we can understand the underlying factors that contribute to your current struggles. This understanding may pave the way for us to work towards decreasing the distress you may be experiencing and begin working towards healing the relationships that we have with ourselves and our community.
I believe in making self-care a priority and want you to know that I’m proud of you for making the decision to include therapy as part of that process.

More information on payments and coverage
Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
