My journey to mental healthcare I hold a Ph.D. in Counselor Education and Supervision from Ohio University, a master’s degree in Clinical Rehabilitation and Mental Health Counseling from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from North Carolina State University. My goals for you Our initial session focuses on setting your therapy goals. This important step guides our work together as we identify goals to collaborate on. Once we have established your goals, I structure our sessions and communications around them to best support your progress.
