Exhausted from living in 'survival mode' after a traumatic event or years of high-stakes service? Whether you are a First Responder carrying the weight of the job, a Veteran transitioning to civilian life, or a survivor of community violence, the "aftermath" can feel like an impossible weight. You might feel hyper-vigilant, disconnected, or stuck in a cycle of grief that won't let go. I help bridge the gap between the crisis and the cure. With over a decade of experience in Emergency Departments and Level 1 Trauma Centers, I don't just "talk" about trauma-I understand the physiological and psychological grit it takes to heal from it Using evidence-based tools like EMDR and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), we target the root of the trauma response. My approach is direct, clinical, and deeply informed by my work with those who have seen the unthinkable. We won't just manage your symptoms; we will work to integrate your experiences so they no longer run your life.

What should a new client know about working with you?

In our first session, we will meet, get to know each other, and see if my style of therapy is the right fit for you. I believe therapy is most effective when you feel safe and can build trust in your clinician. There are many of us, and like any profession, you want to find a good match for your specific needs.

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
