I have been in this field for ten years where I have worked with individuals who struggled with depression ,anxiety , bipolar different disorders /comorbidities. In my experience there are so many different challenges that impact clients negatively at home and all areas of life. Working alongside the client to overcome maladaptive thoughts and debilitating anxiety. Utilizing Healthy coping skills and talk therapy to restructure thoughts and actions. The client is the expert on themselves and I help provide the tools to explore the healing journey. Over the years I've used CBT (cognitive behavioral Therapy ) and Humanistic person centered approaches with different individuals . I believe in helping individuals and families restructure their maladaptive thoughts and gain sense of their being.
