Ashantia Wolfe, LPC

Psychotherapist
TX
Hi there, I'm Ashantia! My name is Ashantia Wolfe. I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC), and Certified School Counselor (CSC). I earned my Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy from Prairie View A&M University. I work primarily with high-performing women and nonbinary people of color who have ADHD. My approach is client-centered, decolonized, and LGBTQAI+ affirming. I use current research to address symptoms related to ADHD, tailoring my methods to each individual’s needs. My focus is on supporting high-performing women of color with ADHD. In sessions, I use a relaxed, conversational tone and encourage clients to communicate in whatever style feels most comfortable for them. My journey to mental healthcare began working with children in public schools. In 2021, I transitioned to working exclusively with adults. My goals for you are guided by you—clients set their own goals, and I support you in achieving them. During our first session, we’ll review any assessments you have, discuss your demographics and history, and explore details about the presenting problem to create a foundation for our work together.
