I have over 6 years of experience working with individuals ages 16-55+ experiencing mild to severe impairment secondary to stress, anxiety, depression, burnout, mood lability, trauma, and a host of other challenges. I earned my Master’s in Social Work from the University of North Carolina, Charlotte.
