Hi! I am an Independently Licsensed Social Worker with a Supervisor (LISW-S) designation. I have been in practice for 9 years. Throughout that time I have had the opportunity to work with children, teens, young adults, adults, families, and couples. I have a specialized focus on youth and young adults. I have experience working as a psychiatric crisis clinician where I held a primary focus of helping individuals with suicidal ideation and self-harm. Additionally, I have experience working in providing individual and family therapy. I prefer my approach to be client centered as you know you the best. I do have an upbeat and outgoing personality. I do place an emphasis on rapport building. Your connection with your therapist is vital. If you don't have a good connection as the client, you may not find the true value and benefit of therapy. Always my goal is to help you reach your goals.
