My name is Ashley Chiariello, and I have been a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the State of Florida for 17 years. I hold a Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling from Webster University. I have extensive experience counseling individuals through grief and loss, end-of-life issues, depression, and anxiety. I have also worked with couples facing early marriage difficulties and elderly couples adapting to life changes. My counseling approach is Cognitive Behavioral, so we will explore how our thoughts shape our emotional responses. Together, we will work to shape those thoughts into "What is Real and What is True" to help you experience freedom and live life to the fullest. My hope for you is that you discover how to live with joy that surpasses life circumstances. My counseling style is warm and approachable; we will laugh, cry, and figure it out together.
