More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.

1st session very light yet empowering. Walked away with some tools and tips for dealing with stressors in my life.
I loved how she listened to me and gave me tools to work on my anxiety and helping me love me and care for myself.
This was my first therapy appointment ever. I went in feeling a bit nervous and on edge, but she was everything I expected and more. She made me feel comfortable and was very helpful in getting me to share my feelings and concerns. I needed this. She is genuine and caring. I love her personality. 10/10 highly recommend.
Ashley is awesome. Very warm, very understanding. Nice. Asks you questions to make you really think and dig deep. Helps you think of solutions to your problems, encourages you to do homework to help promote personal growth. I love my sessions with her so far.
I like that our conversations don’t feel like an obligation. Her energy is always positive and it’s just a flowing conversation between two people.
I truly appreciate attending therapy with Dr. Cox, who is direct and focused on finding solutions. It often feels like I’m speaking to one of my home girls, which makes the experience even more comfortable. I bring & discuss various issues, and it's refreshing to have someone who can listen and provide new perspectives to help me find answers. Initially, I was hesitant about therapy, but now I enthusiastically recommend it to my friends and family.
Very approachable and makes you feel comfortable.
Ashley has been a huge help and support for me these past few weeks. I have noticed an immediate improvement and feel both validated and challenged when I speak with her. I feel seen and understood. I also feel empowered to make the changes I need to improve. I would recommend her wholeheartedly.
Ashley has created such an open and warm space for me to open up! She helps me challenge my ideas and worries and the things she says to me stand out to me when I’m going about my days after sessions. She reminds me to always look for evidence of the things I worry about as a way to challenge them. I’m so fortunate to have found a therapist like herself! I see improvement each session!
Ashley listens to me and never talks over me. I like that she gives me exercises to do to help with my issues. I can tell that she genuinely cares about her patients and their wellbeing.
I am very happy. She has a very warm personality and shows her funny side as well. I appreciate her asking questions for me to respond to instead of just waiting for me to talk. I also like how she offers solutions and ideas to put into practice.
