Ashley supports you in gaining a renewed sense of hope and purpose for your life. Partnering with her clients, Ashley guides them through difficult life seasons, depression, anxiety, and trauma from the past that continue to disrupt their daily lives. Her therapeutic approach utilizes motivational interviewing techniques, highlighting clients' strengths to help them progress through challenges. The modalities she relies on most include a trauma-informed approach, CBT, DBT, and Systems Theory. Ashley holds a Master's in Social Work from the University of Denver and has several years of experience working in residential treatment environments with clients ages 12-21. She has also provided therapy for adolescents and adults receiving treatment through inpatient hospital levels of care.
