My focus I work with adults, teens, and couples. I primarily treat clients experiencing depression, anxiety, low self-esteem and confidence, difficulty in communicating, and relationship problems. My communication style I provide a non-judgmental environment that fosters unconditional acceptance and builds resilience. I love to motivate and encourage, offering tools that help my clients flourish and be their best authentic selves. My journey to therapy I thoroughly enjoy helping others. Seeing the successes of my clients as they heal from life challenges and past traumas is very fulfilling. My goals for you I like for my clients to be involved in setting their treatment goals. This involvement allows clients to be invested in their treatment journey. My first session with you During the first session, we get to know one another and build rapport. I also use this time to learn about your goals, expectations, and preferences for your treatment journey.
