I specialize in supporting individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, grief, relationship challenges, codependency, attachment wounds, and difficulty setting boundaries. I have a background in eating disorder treatment and working with underserved populations, and I am passionate about helping clients feel more grounded, secure, and empowered. I earned my master's degree in mental health counseling from Lesley University. My approach is person-centered and collaborative. I integrate mindfulness-based, somatic, and trauma-informed therapies to help clients build awareness of their thoughts, emotions, and nervous system responses.
