I believe in a person's ability to bring balance and harmony into their lives as they return to their whole self. I take a holistic and integrative approach to partnering with you on your goals. My offerings are centered around supporting you and the unique challenges that may exist. I have experience supporting persons from a variety of backgrounds and concerns such as life transitions, burnout, stress-management and perinatal mental health etc. Three words to describe my approach are compassionate, supportive and empowering. I strive to create a safe and non-judgmental space in which clients can explore thoughts, feelings and experiences.
