Hi, I’m Ashley Anechiarico, a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW). I work with adults from all walks of life, and I’m especially passionate about supporting young adults, members of the LGBTQIA+ community, and individuals navigating anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, emotional abuse, and identity exploration. I also help clients manage challenges like ADHD, Bipolar Disorder, burnout, PTSD, life transitions, relationship stress, and substance use. My approach to therapy is compassionate, collaborative, and deeply person-centered. I believe that everyone has strengths to draw from, and I strive to create a space where you can feel safe, supported, and empowered to grow. I use an integrative approach tailored to your needs; drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Psychodynamic techniques, and Motivational Interviewing. I am also trained in Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), a structured modality to treat trauma that differs from typical talk therapy. A blend of these approaches allows us to explore what’s going on beneath the surface while also developing practical tools you can use in everyday life. My goal is to walk with you through whatever you’re facing and help you reconnect with your own resilience, clarity, and self-worth.
