I'm licensed in North Carolina, South Carolina, and Virginia. My experience began in a dual-diagnosis hospital with adolescents facing chronic illness and mental health challenges. Over the years, I've supported individuals of all ages navigating autism, depression, anxiety, personality and mood disorders, adjustment concerns, and grief, with each experience shaping me into the therapist I am today. I earned a Master's in Social Work from Our Lady of the Lake University. My approach is rooted in empathy and person-centered care, integrating cognitive behavioral therapy and dialectical behavior therapy to help clients build skills, find balance, and foster growth.
