My areas of specialty and focus are depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, mood disorders, and trauma. The driving force behind my practice is to create a nurturing environment where adolescents, teens, or young adults can grow into healthy individuals with learned coping skills and a better understanding of their own identity. I graduated from Rutgers University with my BSW in 2016 & MSW in 2017 and have since then worked as a School based counselor, Clinical Care Manager, Partial Hospitalization Group Room Counselor, Community Mental Health and an Intensive In community Therapist.
