As a therapist who is bicultural and bilingual in Spanish and English, I am deeply committed to providing culturally informed therapy. Drawing on evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Mindfulness-Based Interventions (MBIs), we'll focus on your unique abilities to find solutions to challenges together. I hold a Master's in Social Work from Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, which has equipped me with the skills to support diverse clients effectively.

I think my therapist, Ashley has helped guide me through some of my darkest moments and emerge a new person. I have goals again. Losing my mom was the hardest thing I’ve ever dealt with and Ashley has shown me How to deal with my emotions and accept my mom’s passing. She has also helped in pretty much every branch of my life.
