I have been a patient of Ashley’s for 4 years now and I can honestly say she is the best therapist I ever had! She listens, she’s empathetic, she’s kind, honest, and a overall wonderful person. I feel comfortable talking to her about everything (even things that make me uncomfortable). Her technique and tools she gives me to cope with my anxiety have been very beneficial to my mental health journey. I have seen so much growth and progress in myself with Ashley’s help. I highly recommend anyone who needs to seek out therapy to reach out to Ashley!
I would 1000% recommend Ashley. I was super nervous going into my first appointment because I've only ever been to one other therapist before that I didn't really click with. I had no reason to be nervous though, because she's amazing. She doesn't judge what you say, you feel seen and heard, and she's so easy to talk to. I look forward to our appointments every week. I feel like I can talk to her like a friend. I have made more progress in two weeks with Ashley than I have with any other professional. You have to put in the work of course, but what she says WORKS! I am so so happy with my experience with her, and am excited to continue working with her to better myself in the future. If you're seeing this Ashley: THANK YOU! :)
