Who I Work With I work with couples who are hoping to improve their communication, deepen their connection, and navigate challenges such as intimacy issues or infidelity. My goal is to create a supportive space where both partners feel heard and can work toward a more fulfilling relationship. I also support individuals who are struggling with anxiety, depression, and related concerns. This often includes work around self-esteem, body image, and in some cases, self-harm. Together, we explore patterns, build coping strategies, and move toward greater emotional resilience and self-acceptance. A Bit About Me When I’m not in the office, I enjoy spending time with my husband and our three adult children. We love being outdoors and try to get to the mountains of Colorado as often as possible. In addition to being a therapist, I have been teaching yoga for the past 19 years.
