I believe healing begins when people feel safe, supported, and truly heard, and I strive to create a warm, welcoming space where clients can express emotions, process experiences, and grow at a pace that feels right for them. What should a new client know about working with you?

I use evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, and Play Therapy. I have a special passion for child-centered play therapy, which allows children to communicate and process emotions through play when words are hard to find. By meeting children where they are, play becomes a powerful tool for connection, understanding, and healing. My work is collaborative and client-centered. Together, we identify meaningful goals and build on strengths so each client feels empowered and confident as they move forward.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

When you are ready to get started, schedule an initial assessment visit (intake) through Zocdoc. After you book an appointment, a care coordinator will reach out to review your method of payment and/or insurance number and answer any initial questions you may have before our first visit.
