Getting to know Ashli Bryant

I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor with a Master's in Counseling from Palm Beach Atlantic University. I prioritize guiding clients down the path to wholeness through healing and integrating all parts of themselves. This includes processing shadow work, healing parental and childhood attachment wounds, ego dissolution, and reprogramming belief systems to become the highest version of self. My therapeutic approach is eclectic, utilizing person-centered, psychoanalytic, cognitive behavioral, family systems, and attachment theory. I believe in treating each person uniquely-there is no one-size-fits-all method. I currently work with clients experiencing mild to severe depression, bipolar disorders, adjustment disorder, anxiety, PTSD, OCD, and addictive behaviors. I am comfortable with these conditions and open to working with others as well. My practice also includes psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy, harm reduction, and integration. I strive to create a warm, open, and calm environment during sessions. I aim to show unconditional positive regard and help clients lean into their own inner healing intelligence. My journey to mental healthcare is driven by a desire to help and serve others. Being highly empathic, a great listener, and a problem solver attracted me to this career. I am committed to growing and learning continuously to effectively support others in achieving growth and purposeful change. I believe in assessing each client's ability to achieve goals, starting small, and building momentum. During our first session, I will meet you where you are, allowing you to feel seen and heard. I will also assess your treatment goals and determine if we are a good fit to work toward them together.
