Hello, I'm Ashli. I specialize in working with complex trauma, and I am especially passionate about helping survivors of abuse work through past or current trauma toward healing. While trauma is my area of expertise, I also enjoy working with those dealing with anxiety, depression, PTSD, and grief/loss. Throughout my work, I have seen the resiliency of the human spirit. It is now my passion and my privilege to join my clients in navigating their path. I am EMDR trained for those looking for an alternative to traditional talk therapy. I utilize cognitive-behavioral and experiential theories and am a proponent of personal responsibility and choice. I believe in open, collaborative communication and trust in the therapeutic relationship. I have worked with youths in crisis, children, and adults from various backgrounds. It would be my privilege to help you carry some of the weight of your anxiety, trauma, fear, or whatever your current struggle may be. You do not have to do this alone.
