My approach My therapeutic approach is client-centered, allowing my clients to be the authors of their own stories. My job is to assist you in navigating whatever challenges you face in a way that fits you best. My focus My typical clients tend to be women facing an array of issues such as trauma, family issues, relationship challenges, communication style conflicts, life transitions, anxiety, and depression. I also have experience working with teens, families, first responders and medical professionals, and the LGBTQIA+ community. My communication style I want my clients to feel safe and comfortable working with me. I am open-minded and embrace the human experience, recognizing that every experience is unique. My journey to therapy As a human, I can relate to feeling lost, alone, down, and not knowing where to turn. I have always been the type of person to give back. It is important to me to be part of positive growth in our world. My goals for you My clients have the freedom to set their own short- and long-term goals. Goal planning is important and should feel like a positive teamwork experience. My first session with you The first session is an assessment where I gather information about you and provide feedback about goal setting and the outlook for future sessions. My clients are encouraged to ask questions or voice concerns during this session and any session going forward.
