You might be someone who has been through something hard and haven't quite felt like yourself since. Or maybe you've always known your brain is wired in a way the world doesn't always make room for, and you're exhausted from masking, overcompensating, and falling through the cracks. Either way, you're ready for something to actually change. You want to feel calmer, more in control, and like your daily life isn't such a fight. You're not looking for someone to just nod and listen. You want real tools, a real plan, and someone who gets it.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I specialize in ADHD and also Trauma. Whether you're navigating the challenges of ADHD, processing past trauma, managing overwhelming stress, or finding your footing through a major life change, I provide a compassionate, affirming, and collaborative space to do the work. Finding the right therapist can feel overwhelming, and taking that first step is often the hardest part. If anything here resonated with you, I'd love to hear from you. Let's find out if we're a good fit!

What is your typical process for working with clients?

In our first session, I want you to feel comfortable. There's no pressure to have everything figured out or to dive into the hard stuff right away. We'll spend time getting to know each other, talking about what's brought you to therapy, and what you're hoping to get out of our work together. I'll also answer any questions you have about the process. My goal is for you to leave feeling confident about your therapeutic journey.
